🔁 Return & Refund Policy (Dilkash Walls)

At Dilkash Walls, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition. That is why our return rate is extremely low (less than 0.05%), making us one of the most trusted home décor brands in Pakistan.

We offer a 03 Days Easy Return Policy under the following conditions:

If you receive a wrong product or a damaged item due to our mistake, you are eligible to request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order. To process any return request, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video and images of the damaged or wrong product. Without proper proof, return requests cannot be accepted.

Please note that damaged products caused by customer handling, misuse, or improper installation will not be eligible for return or refund. Similarly, if the product is broken after delivery due to customer negligence, it will not be considered a valid return case.

In case of an approved return, a delivery and handling charge of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers shipping and logistics costs. The remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.

If a customer receives a wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or return after verification of the unboxing proof. However, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, used products, or products that have been installed or altered in any way.
