  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or less-accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer nationwide shipping within Pakistan only.

Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Dilkash Walls will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • Dilkash Walls is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for assistance.
